Coverage
Vassera delivers pan-India to serviceable pincodes. Remote or restricted locations may need a few extra days — we will confirm when your order is packed.
Free shipping
Orders of ₹5,000 and above ship free. Below that threshold, a modest shipping charge is calculated at checkout.
Timelines
Most pieces leave our warehouse within 2–5 business days after confirmation. Transit typically takes 3–7 business days depending on destination. Handmade or made-to-order items may take longer; we note that on the product page when relevant.
Tracking
Once handed to the courier, AWB and partner details appear in My account and can also be checked on Track Order with your order number and email or phone.
Cash on delivery
COD is available on eligible orders. Please keep the payable amount ready for the courier. Online payment remains available at checkout via Razorpay.
