Everyday cleaning
Dust with a soft dry cloth. For fingerprints or residue, use a barely damp microfibre cloth and dry immediately. Avoid abrasive pads, bleach, and strong solvents.
Planters & planting
Use a liner or saucer where recommended. Empty standing water from trays so moisture doesn’t sit against finishes. Outdoor pieces should drain freely and be sheltered from freeze if your climate requires it.
Light & placement
Most finishes prefer filtered light. Prolonged harsh sun may fade pigments on painted or coated surfaces over time — rotate pieces occasionally if they sit in a bright window.
Moving & storage
Lift from the base, never from a rim alone. For seasonal storage, wrap in soft cloth or paper and keep in a dry place away from direct floor moisture.
