When refunds apply
Refunds may be issued for approved returns, cancelled orders before dispatch, damaged or incorrect items we cannot replace, and other cases confirmed by our support team. See Returns & Refunds for eligibility.
Prepaid orders
Once a return is received and approved, refunds are initiated to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking via Razorpay). Bank timelines typically range from a few business days up to 7–10 days.
Cash on delivery
COD refunds are arranged after inspection — usually via bank transfer or UPI to the details you provide. Our team will confirm the method when your return is approved.
Partial refunds
If only part of an order is returned, shipping fees already charged may be adjusted according to the remaining items and our free-shipping threshold.
