Details
The Heritage Stone Bellied Planter is a statement decorative planter inspired by antique pottery, aged architectural stone, and traditional handmade vessels. Its generously proportioned bellied body creates a strong rounded silhouette, while the upper section narrows slightly before opening into a wide, dramatically flared rolled rim.
Its surface features an intentionally aged combination of earthy brown, taupe, stone grey, charcoal, chalky cream, and weathered ivory. Irregular patches, mineral-like deposits, speckling, and distressed markings create a richly layered finish reminiscent of pottery that has naturally weathered over time.
The combination of the substantial form and rough organic finish makes this planter especially effective as a statement piece. Its wide opening provides generous space for larger botanical arrangements, while its aged appearance allows it to work equally well as an empty sculptural vessel.
Care
Dust gently with a soft-bristled brush, particularly around textured areas.
Use a soft dry cloth for smoother portions.
For deeper cleaning, wipe lightly with a barely damp cloth.
Allow the planter to dry completely after cleaning.
Avoid soaking the textured exterior.
Do not use abrasive scrubbers, polishing compounds, bleach, or harsh chemical cleaners.
Do not attempt to remove the distressed markings; they are part of the intended decorative finish.
Use an inner nursery pot or waterproof liner if drainage is not confirmed.
Avoid prolonged standing water inside.
Use a protective saucer or liner when displaying live plants.
Lift and move the planter from the main body and base, not the flared rim.
Protect from heavy impacts, drops, and abrasion.
Use felt or protective pads underneath on delicate floors or furniture.
Best suited for indoor or protected decorative use.
